Mission Statement

About Us
Mission Statement

We worship our God.  As we listen to Him speak and respond to Him in love.  Our services of worship challenge all ages to active participation, confession, dedication, and celebration in praise and thanksgiving.

We care for one another.  Because we are God's image-bearers and a part of His universal family, we seek to reflect His love by identifying needs and providing healing for brokenness, concerns, and hurts of all our members.  We seek to be mutual care-givers through support groups, small cell groups, and training so that we may be blessed with spiritual and emotional wholeness.

We witness to those outside the church.  In obedience to Christ's command, we reach out to those uncommitted to Him.  We seek to insure a non-judgmental loving fellowship of believers.  We contact the un-churched through our personal witness, and such means as neighborhood in-home Bible studies and various programs for children and youth.

We seek to grow in our faith.  Instruction of God's truths is provided through worship services, church school, Bible study groups, and inquirer's classes -- all in a trusting, accepting atmosphere of love.  The ultimate goal of all church ministries is to lead children and adults into a growing personal relationship with Jesus.

We nurture our youth.  We provide a youth ministries program for children and young people both within our church and for those without a church home.  We nurture through social and spiritual interaction, instruction, friendship and opportunities for service.

We seek God's guidance.  Our mission's success relies on God's Word for direction, submission to His will, constant prayer, and the work of the Holy Spirit.  We, therefore, urge and encourage a vital prayer life by the members individually, and communally.
